Au niveau m\u00e9so, nous nous proposons d\u2019\u00e9tudier le fonctionnement et le changement dans les organisations \u00e9ducatives (par. ex. recrutement social et gestion de l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9, changement des curricula, cultures scolaires) et l\u2019\u00e9volution des professions de l\u2019\u00e9ducation (recrutements, professionalisation, etc.). Au niveau micro nous portons notre int\u00e9r\u00eat sur les interactions entre enseignants, apprenants, parents et directeurs, sur leurs prises de d\u00e9cisions et sur la contribution de l\u2019\u00e9ducation au renforcement de l\u2019autonomie individuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Le champ de l\u2019\u00e9ducation est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de dispositifs, de processus et de produits \u00e9ducatifs, qu\u2019ils soient informels (famille, groupe de pairs, loisirs, lieu de travail), formels (\u00e9coles enfantine et primaire, enseignement secondaire inf\u00e9rieur et sup\u00e9rieur, professionnel et g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, formation tertiaire, continue ou formation d\u2019adulte, etc.) et non-formels (encadrement des jeunes, enseignement priv\u00e9, offre priv\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9ducation).<\/p>\n<p>Les processus \u00e9ducatifs concern\u00e9s sont autant les processus d\u2019apprentissage individuel que les trajectoires d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par les structures d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s familiales, r\u00e9gionales, nationales ou internationales. A un niveau institutionnel, les processus \u00e9ducatifs incluent aussi la fabrication des curricula et la mise en oeuvre des politiques \u00e9ducatives aux niveaux local, r\u00e9gional, national et international. Les acteurs et les sujets de ces processus peuvent \u00eatre des individus, des institutions, des organisations, des groupes ou des Etats.<\/p>\n<p>Les produits de l\u2019\u00e9ducation rev\u00eatent diverses formes qui peuvent \u00eatre symboliques (connaissances, techniques) incarn\u00e9es (savoir-faire, comp\u00e9tences, capital culturel) ou institutionalis\u00e9es (dipl\u00f4mes, niveaux educatifs, qualifications). Ils peuvent \u00eatre l\u2019effet de pratiques volontaires ou non-intentionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 de recherche de sociologie de l\u2019\u00e9ducation accueille volontiers des analyses compr\u00e9hensives, contextualisant les processus \u00e9ducatifs dans les rapports sociaux et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s (de genre, ethniques, de classes, d\u2019\u00e2ge etc.), tenant compte des intersectionalit\u00e9s, du changement social et institutionnel ainsi que des variations locales ou internationales. Nous repla\u00e7ons aussi les processus \u00e9ducatifs concrets dans les divers contextes politiques (march\u00e9s \u00e9ducatifs, \u00e9ducation pour la r\u00e9ussite, communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative, organisations \u00e9ducatives efficientes, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile). Il soutient particuli\u00e8rement la promotion de jeunes chercheurs dans le champ de la sociologie de l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 renforce le d\u00e9veloppement et la visibilit\u00e9 des th\u00e9ories et des perspectives sociologiques dans le champ de la recherche en \u00e9ducation, mais, respectueux de la sociologie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il maintient la pluralit\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodologies et \u00e9vite d\u2019instaurer un paradigme th\u00e9orique dominant.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de demontrer l\u2019importance des contextes pour expliquer les processus et les effets de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, le comit\u00e9 encourage l\u2019analyse comparative de contextes historiques, spatiaux, organisationnels et internationaux diff\u00e9rents. Il cherche aussi \u00e0 tirer avantage de la diversit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9ducatifs et des politiques \u00e9ducatives dans le contexte f\u00e9d\u00e9ral suisse pour promouvoir la recherche comparative et la construction de th\u00e9orie internationalement reconnues dans la sociologie de l\u2019\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d\u2019encourager la pluralit\u00e9 des approches th\u00e9oriques et m\u00e9thodologiques au sein de la sociologie de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, le comit\u00e9 vise aussi \u00e0 mettre en relation des chercheurs issus des aires linguistiques germanophone, francophone et italophone ainsi que de tradition anglophone. Pour faciliter la communication \u00e0 travers la Suisse, l\u2019anglais est utilis\u00e9 comme langue principale au sein du comit\u00e9 (avec le fran\u00e7ais et l\u2019allemand, lorsque c\u2019est ad\u00e9quat). Au-del\u00e0 des activit\u00e9s nationales, l\u2019usage de l\u2019anglais doit favoriser les \u00e9changes internationaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 promeut l\u2019\u00e9change sociologique et les discussions au niveau national et international \u00e0 travers :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>des ateliers et des colloques<\/li>\n<li>des recherches en collaboration et des publications conjointes<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019enseignement<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019autres formes d\u2019\u00e9changes acad\u00e9miques (i. e. une newsletter, des services d\u2019information et de d\u00e9bats en ligne, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a ni barri\u00e8re formelle ni r\u00e9quisit pour adh\u00e9rer au comit\u00e9.
